How does it get warm without electricity?

A thin reflective film between two layers of plush filling sends your pet's own body warmth back up, instead of letting it drain into a cold floor. Nothing in the mat makes heat by itself.

Can it get too warm?

It only holds the warmth your pet brings, since nothing inside makes heat. If they want to cool off, they just step off.

Which size should I get?

Go by weight: S fits pets up to 25 lb, M up to 40 lb, L up to 65 lb and XL up to 90 lb. Between sizes, or a pet who sprawls? Go up one.

Is it for cats or dogs?

Both. Cats and small dogs usually take S.

Can I use it in a crate or the car?

Yes. There's no cord or battery, so it works anywhere it fits, and the non-slip base helps it stay put on hard floors.

When will it arrive?

Orders take 1–5 business days to process, and most arrive 7–14 business days after you order. Shipping to US addresses is free, and you get a tracking link by email. From mid-November through December, and to Alaska and Hawaii, allow up to 20 business days.
