Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't take returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the size guide before you order. Between sizes? Go up one.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us at cinemora.creative.agency@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever we choose, and you won't need to send anything back. Claims made more than 7 days after delivery aren't covered.

Cancellations

Orders go to our warehouse as soon as they're placed, so they can't be cancelled or changed. If we can't ship your order within the time in our Shipping policy, we'll email you a new date and you can cancel then for a full refund.

Before you open a dispute

Please email us before contacting your bank or PayPal. We answer every message, usually within one business day, and most problems are fixed faster that way.

Refund not showing yet?

Refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If it's been longer, email us.
