1. About these terms

This website is operated by ToastyPaw ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and give accurate details at checkout.

3. Products

We show our products as accurately as we can, but colors vary by screen and sizes may differ from those listed by 1 to 3 cm. The mat has no electrical parts: it keeps your pet's own body heat close, so how warm it feels depends on your pet, the room and the season.

4. Prices, orders and promotions

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice.
• We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, come from resellers, or show a pricing or listing error, even after we've confirmed it. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
• Discount codes and offers: one per order unless stated, no cash value, can't be applied to past orders, and may end at any time. Free gifts are while stocks last.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these terms.

6. Safe use

Supervise your pet with any new bedding until you know how they treat it. The mat is not a toy: if your pet chews it, take it away, and if they swallow any part of it, call your vet. Check the mat regularly and stop using it if it is torn or worn. It is not a medical, therapeutic or veterinary product; ask your vet first if your pet has a health condition. You use the product at your own risk.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or videos of your pet, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide and permanent license to use, edit and share them, with or without your name, in our store and marketing. You confirm you own them. Nothing here limits your right to post an honest review anywhere.

8. Our content

All text, images, videos and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

9. No other promises

Apart from what our Refund policy says, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products.

12. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first and give us 30 days to fix it. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, we may contest it and share these terms and your order records with your bank or payment provider. To the fullest extent the law allows, any claim must be brought individually, never as part of a class or representative action, and you waive any right to a jury trial.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
