Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We can't ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: we prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1 to 5 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive 7 to 14 business days after you order.
• From mid-November through December, and for Alaska and Hawaii, allow up to 20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If we can't ship your order within the time shown here, we'll email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first update.

More than one item

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Your address

Please check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter and aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order can't be delivered because of an address error, a replacement ships once you've paid the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen parcels

Once tracking shows a parcel as delivered, please check with neighbors, your building's mailroom and your local post office. We aren't responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking hasn't updated for 15 business days, email us and we'll reship your order or refund it.
